At The Goddess Collection, we want you to feel divine in every piece you purchase. If your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items with all original tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
